Who we are
Little Blossoms Babysitting is owned and operated by Rachelle Marie Gere. You can reach us at hello@littleblossoms.care or (774) 395-0063.
What we collect
- Contact info you give us: name, phone number, and (optionally) email when you fill out the enrollment form, contact form, or chat widget.
- Care details: child's age, allergies, routines, emergency contacts, and similar information you share during the Meet & Greet or intake.
- Chat messages: the conversation you have with our website assistant, so we can follow up if you ask for a callback.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule a Meet & Greet.
- To provide safe, appropriate care for your child.
- To send you updates about your child during care (Parent Portal).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.
Who can see it
Only Rachelle and authorized caregivers working with Little Blossoms can access your family's information. We use industry-standard security (encrypted connections, access controls, and database-level row protection) to keep your data safe.
How long we keep it
We keep enrollment and care records for as long as you are an active family, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and tax requirements. You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to view, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing hello@littleblossoms.care. We respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
We collect information about children only from their parents or legal guardians, for the purpose of providing care. We never knowingly collect information directly from children online.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, when appropriate, notify enrolled families directly.
